All the manufactural places and also compay DEMA Senica a.s. are located in very advantageous direction from the logistic point of view. Short distances such as Trnava 40km, Bratislava 80 km, Czech Rep. 30km, Austria 30km, guarantee fastness and reliability
of deliveries. Area of the company consist of the residence and two manufactural halls.
The remaining buildings are used for storage which area is 11 500m2. The total area of our company is 41 000m2.
At the begenning in 1991, there were just 40 employees. Their number increased up to 200
in these days. From this number there are 15 employees in the administration.

Our skilled sewers sew according to the patterns from supplier in the small and also in large q´ties. Car seat covers, headrest and transport bags are the main domain of our production. The other items are represented by the product such as BIG BAG, covers for baby strollers and car covers.

All the manufactural steps which start with input chech through manufactural processes and output check to expedition, are executed in accordance with standards EN ISO 9001:2000.
The evaluations arerealized daily and monthly on the basic of PPM and another diagrams.
Claims are solved immediately with the use of remedial and preventive proceedings which result from the system quality management including 8D Report.
